Since our charter in 1953, the Harveys Lake American Legion Post has been welcoming VETERANS from all branches of our Armed Forces. Today, we continue to welcome all military personnel serving our country. Joining our Post enables you to continue serving your God, Country and Community Our mission is to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace and blessings for our country, friends and families embodied in our preamble below.

There is a veteran breakfast with State Representative Karen Boback on November 1. Details are on the back board at the Legion.  If you want to go or know someone who wants to go contact Commander Carl or leave  word with the bartender.

 

The drawing for the cross bow was held October 18.  The winner was Paul Dunn.

A Flag Committee including Frank Lasota, Dave Zimmerman, Carl Carpenter, and Bob Matzel has been organized.  The committee designed and built the burn barrel.  The photo below shows the barrel before the first burn.

Popcorn Machine: Free Popcorn at the Legion. 
            A machine has been donated by John Brady MD and Ken Ustynoski MD, members of our Post. Come over and try out the best popcorn at Harveys Lake.  It is delicious and must be healthy. We thank the donors of our new Popcorn machine.
