Since our charter in 1953, the Harveys Lake American Legion Post has been welcoming VETERANS from all branches of our Armed Forces. Today, we continue to welcome all military personnel serving our country. Joining our Post enables you to continue serving your God, Country and Community Our mission is to implement the goals, aspirations, dreams, peace and blessings for our country, friends and families embodied in our preamble below.

 

Commander Larry Lucarino passed in the early morning hours of Sunday May 16, 2010.      The Post has a new mailing address.  Mailings for all units should go to: RR 3 Box 3009 HARVEYS LAKE,  PA 18618     NEW SMOKING RULES Smoking permitted in the bar but no one under 18 may be in the bar area. This is a PA LCB rule. No smoking in the dining room. No smoking in upstairs hall at any time. Popcorn Machine: Free Popcorn at the Legion.              A machine has been donated by John Brady MD and Ken Ustynoski MD, members of our Post. Come over and try out the best popcorn at Harveys Lake.  It is delicious and must be healthy. We thank the donors of our new Popcorn machine.
